1966
In March 1966 it is established Reditus - Estudos de Mercado e Promoção de Vendas, SARL, later designated as Reditus - Processamento Automático de Informação, SARL, held by the Bank “Banco da Agricultura” and the Insurances Company “A Pátria” and designed mainly to the provide of services to the Bank, in "Service Bureau", and in realization of certain specific studies, namely market studies.


1975
The Banco da Agricultura is nationalized together with the entire Bank, in the sequence of the 25th April 1974 revolution.

Who is Reditus?

Reditus already has a long history in the Portuguese market and since its foundation has sought to respond to the market, constantly improving its performance and its services.

The company that was created to conduct market studies and then moved into hardware sales is today a leading player in the provision of outsourcing services, working to increase added value and reduce production costs.

Always with the aim of anticipating future changes and never forgetting the path already travelled.
 


1980
Integration of Reditus - Processamento Automático de Informação, SARL in a private economical group. The company begins its activity in new markets associated to the information technologies, as the
micro-computing.


1987
In July 1987, taking advantage of a cycle of great economical activity which has begun then in Portugal, Reditus - Processamento Automático de Informação, SARL also starts a phase of great expansion, opening new businesses, either by the realization of "start-ups", or by the acquisition of shares in already existing companies, realizing in parallel several operations of share capital increase.
Reditus
is admitted to quotation in the Lisbon Stock Exchange.



1990
In June 1990, the Reditus Group is reorganized, transferring from Reditus - Processamento Automático de Informação, SARL to its shared companies, already existing or then created, all the remaining operational activities that still were from that company, becoming a company exclusively "holding" of an operational companies joint, and modifying its designation to Reditus - Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais, S.A., then with a share capital of one million escudos (PTE), increasing for two millions escudos (PTE), in the following year.


1996
The new restructuring of the Group in December 1996 leads to the creation of InterReditus with a share capital held in 75% by Reditus SGPS and in 25% by Reditus Gestão and by its main staff. After January 1997, are concentrated in InterReditus the main operational activities of the Reditus Group, in the area of the Information Technologies.


2000
Increasing of the share capital to six millions and half escudos (PTE), thirty two millions and five hundred thousand Euro.


2001
Acquisition of 55% of the French company Caléo, directed to the area of semiconductors
and micro electronics.


2002
Acquisition of the Pedro Nunes Services Centre in Lisbon.


2003
Realization of changes in the Group with the goal to adjust the new market conditions. Restart of the RedWare activities in which were concentrated the areas of Business Process Outsourcing, and from Reditus II it begun to concentrate the activities of Contact Centre for non technological processes. It was also created a new unit of IT consulting to support the businesses of Development, Maintenance and Integration of Software and Information Systems.


2005
In January, Reditus begins to integrate the indices PSI-20.

New model of Corporate Governance of the Reditus Group with the creation of the job of Chief Operating Officer which enclose the coordination of the operational activities of the Group in Portugal.


2006
Reditus reacquires the building of Alfragide, with a capacity for 300 working posts, implementing the concept of the Services Centre Multi-disciplinary, pioneer in Portugal.


2007
Implementation of a new segmentation model of the Groups activities by Outsourcing of Services and Engineering and Mobility Systems.


2008
2008 Increasing of the share capital to the present forty four millions six hundred and thirty thousand and two hundred and fifty Euros.

Acquisition of the Tecnidata Group, thus making the Reditus Group one of the three largest Portuguese groups in the area of Information Technologies.
