Duties of the Bureau
- To provide all explanations for questions raised by
shareholders, analysts, investors and other interested parties;
- To organise presentations and conference calls for financial
analysts and institutional investors;
- To collaborate in the preparation and reporting of material
data and others communications;
- To collaborate in the preparation and reporting of
communication on annual, half-year and quarterly results;
- To collaborate and participate in annual and half-year
results presentation sessions;
- To collaborate in the preparation of prospects on capital
market operations;
- Supervise analysts on the strategy, objectives and prospects
of company results, including the review of their research
notes.
Type of Information provided by the Bureau
- In general, all types of information that by law can be
provided and is requested by shareholders, analysts, investors
or other interested parties;
- Documents preparing general meetings;
- Material news releases and other communications of relevance
to the company, in particular qualifying shareholdings;
- Annual, half-year and quarterly results.
