At the business and transformation consultancy level, we highlight our competencies in the strategy, organisation, operations and information systems areas: optimisation of marketing efforts, flexible business intelligence, LEAN management, airport management, optimisation of purchase categories, organisational capacity-building in project management, strategic management of human resources, creation, operation and optimisation of Contact Centers, conception, implementation and certification of Management Systems, definition and implementation of Information Systems Strategic Planning (ISSP).
In the technological consultancy field, we develop projects involving the implementation, development, integration and innovation of solutions: design and implementation of standard SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, QlikView, Microstrategy solutions, tailored solutions, planning technological architectures of information systems, integration of business solutions to ensure interoperability of information and greater streamlining and efficiency of processes, development of innovative market solutions, and conception of project implementation and standardisation methodologies, corrective and/or evolutionary maintenance of business applications and database administration and management.
