Under the terms and for the purposes of paragraph a) of Article 3. of the CMVM Regulation No. 5/2008 and Article 248. º of the Portuguese Securities Code, Reditus SGPS, SA announces that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held yesterday, proceeded to the cooptation of Mr. Helder Filipe Ribeiro Pereira Matos to replace the Director Mr. Carlos Alberto de Lis Santos Romão, who presented the resignation to the exercise of his duties, as announced in October 2012.

The Board also decided to reinforce the composition of the Executive Committee which shall consist of three elements with the integration of the new Director, who assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer.

The Executive Committee shall then have the following composition: Francisco Santana Ramos, Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Oliveira, Chief Operating Officer and Helder Matos Pereira, Chief Financial Officer
