Reditus speeds up migrations to SAP HANA with HANALYST

ROFF, a Reditus company leader in SAP solutions implementation, presents the HANALYST, a new analysis tool to speed up migrations from SAP systems to SAP HANA databases.

This new solution eases the analysis of the developed code, optimizing the adoption process of the SAP HANA platform, inevitable to all SAP costumers until 2025.  

The tool detects in detail the mandatory and the recommended corrections in the specific code developed in each installation, giving the customers the possibility to choose the right moment to proceed with the implementation.

With the HANALYST, customers have access to an extensive report, yet easy to consult and to navigate, where all of the relevant details are listed, such as the number of problems encountered, their description and the necessary effort for their correction.

The effort is calculated from formulas and algorithms developed by ROFF based on their experience with customers in all business areas, of diverse dimension and all over the world.

With previous analyses made with ROFF's customers and based on the HANALYSTS reports it was possible to get performance gains of over 90%.

By presenting this tool to the market, the Portuguese consultancy company intends to speed up the migration of SAP systems by automating tasks and adopting similar methodologies, which will have a strong impact on cost reduction in migration projects.

Reditus teams up to develop new features for SAP SuccessFactors

 
ROFF, a Reditus Company, leader in the implementation of SAP solutions, is working with SAP SE in the development of new features for the SAP SuccessFactors solution. Furthermore, ROFF is the only partner from the Iberian Peninsula that will be present at the upcoming edition of the SAP SuccessFactors Power Week, which takes place on April 18-20, in Walldorf, Germany.
 
During the event at their headquarters, the German multinational will offer a workshop for a restricted group of partners, giving them the chance to explore the SAP HANA Cloud Platform and to develop, along with SAP, Cloud extensions for the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
 
This hands-on event, led by SAP experts, will first focus on typical scenarios and features that belong to the platform's standard offer. In the second part of the event, they will go into further detail concerning the SAP SuccessFactors extensions on the HANA Cloud Platform, and the partners attending the event will have the chance to design, along with SAP, the extensions for the use cases presented during the selection stage, as well as to determine a go-to-market strategy for marketing their respective extensions.
 
In a strategic evolution of the Cloud business, SAP has begun offering their partners the chance to develop features that allow for complementing the standard offer of the SAP SuccessFactors solution, and thus give a more adequate response to the clients' needs. The solutions developed by ROFF will be certified by SAP and subsequently released into the market.
 
With this training and know-how, ROFF gains a privileged position, in both the national and international market, with a distinctive offer in terms of the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
 
This initiative is part of the strategy set by ROFF for Cloud solutions and in line with SAP's expectations for this line of business.

On March 25th, 2016 REDITUS celebrates its 50th Anniversary: a milestone that very few IT companies, at the national and international levels, can be proud of reaching.

These five long decades were marked by phases of intense growth, by successes and adversities, but above all by an enormous capacity of adaptation to the different challenges and realities that our Group has faced over these years.

Reditus appointed as official supplier for the Mozambican State

 
Reditus Mozambique, was appointed as official supplier for the Mozambican state, through UFSA Certification - Functional Unit of Acquisitions.
 
The UFSA is the public agency with responsibility for coordination and supervision of all activity related to public procurement, management of the centralized national data system and information of the training programs for hiring.
 
This certification recognizes and registers Reditus Mozambique in the Single Registry of Suppliers of Goods and Service Providers to the state, enabling it to participate in contests held by the agencies, institutions, municipalities and companies of the Mozambican state.

Reditus selected by the Bank of Portugal

Reditus has been chosen in public tender held by the Bank of Portugal for the acquisition of specialized software application development services, supported by .NET (Dot Net) technology.

The contract for the provision of services falls within the scope of the Framework Agreement signed, which began on January 1, 2016 and ends by December 31, 2019 and  provides for a total investment of up to 5 million euros. Under the contract, Reditus will develop new applications using the .Net (Dot Net) technology and ensures the maintenance of the currently existing based on the same technology.

Apart from the application development, Reditus will still be responsible for the management of development and maintenance activities in conjunction with the internal resources of the Bank of Portugal, namely in what regards to the preparation of business plans and the analysis and quantification of the costs involved .

SAP Iberia honoured Unicer in this year's edition of the SAP Quality Awards in the Innovation Projects category, with recognition for their implementation of the pioneering business model applied to the drinks distribution business.

The Unidis project, awarded the silver medal, features a complete integrated management system, created and developed by the Portuguese brewery, on a private cloud account, for its network of distributions. The implementation of this global solution, with a strong component of SAP business solutions, came about from a partnership between Unicer and ROFF.

Reditus reinforces commitment to nearshore strategy with a turnover of 25,5 million euros

Reditus, a Portuguese company specialized in the provision of Information Technology solutions and services for Contact Center, BPO and Outsourcing, has developed a business strategy to approach the nearshore international markets.

Reditus’ strategy involved a significant investment on this activity as well as the development of strategic partnerships for the group’s various areas of competence over the past 2 years.

The success of the Reditus’ nearshoring strategy is supported by the good responsiveness that the company has given to customer needs, both in terms of the complexity of the processes, and in terms of recruitment involving the selection of employees with a high degree of specialization, which has motivated the relocation to national territory of operations originally conducted directly by customers or third parties in foreign countries.

Reditus is already developing several projects with multinational leading companies, including airlines, online retail, consumer, food & beverage and manufacturing industry. This business activity already comprises a universe of about 500 jobs.

Reditus is now hiring 100 workers more, forecasting the global figure of employees dedicated to nearshore projects to rise by 50% during 2016.

Reditus’ nearshoring activity represents more than 20% of Reditus’ turnover and approximately € 25.5.

ROFF extends its presence in Mexico with a strategic partnership

ROFF, a Reditus Company leader in the Portuguese market for implementation of SAP solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with Inndot, the leader in the Information Technology sector in Mexico, which allows for the strengthening and expansion of its SAP services and solutions portfolio, in the private and public business sector.

With this agreement, ROFF ensures a sustainable access in the Mexican market and in other Latin American regions via a strategic partnership with a vast experience in both the public sector – where the majority of the IT investments took place – and in the private sector.

Francisco Febrero, ROFF's CEO, notes that "the majority of the IT investments in Mexico come from the public sector and Inndot is the leader in the market with a vast experience in this sector. Besides this, Inndot and ROFF share the same managerial principles as well as the pillars that guide our customer relationships, the services offered and the community involvement. These reasons – and others related with their potential for technological development and strategic vision – were instrumental in the realization of this alliance. "

ROFF's CEO added that "In Mexico, the Information Technology sector is expected to grow around 6.4% in 2015 and ROFF wants to contribute to this growth. There is also a great potential for development in the private sector, where ROFF has a vast experience with engineering projects and the implementation of SAP solutions, in Europe as well as the rest of the world. Besides, Mexico's potential may open doors for new opportunities in other Latin America regions, therefore, we see Mexico as a "hub" for our international expansion".

Enrique Abascal, Inndot's CEO, highlighted that "in Mexico, consolidating partnerships remains a focal point for the supply of technology and the big international companies aim to enter the regional market through alliances with local players. ROFF is positioned in a technological vector of renowned prestige at a global level in terms of SAP context and programs of added value for the clients.  Thanks to its commercial flexibility and technological capacities, it is considered to be a notable partnership for the projects occurring in Mexico and Latin America".

This agreement allows for an increase of around 30% of Inndot sales and ensures more than 10 lines of service. In this way, a considerable number of jobs will be created in the consultancy area, during the first phase, estimating that 40% of these will be direct, 20% in the local alliance circuit and the rest for the Service Desk. The Mexican technology supplier will also be counting on ROFF's support resource and model, based on the "follow the sun" strategy, offering an ongoing response, 24 hour per day, 7 days per week, via its 850 SAP consultants distributed over more than 48 countries.

In Mexico, 20% to 22% of the total value of the  Information Technology industry corresponds to the public sector. In 2014, IT represented around 23.634 million dollars, an amount that should increase by 6.4% in 2015.
